A trickle of endorsements are labeled as Bloom Retirement Holdings, AAG’s post-close entity, including this month’s 49 loans. Altogether Bloom has been credited with 486 endorsements. FAR had a particularly strong month endorsing 808 loans, its highest since July of 2022.
HUD’s July Endorsement Snapshot Report was just released on its website. Refis have stabilized at less than 10% per month for the last six months.
