Biographies
Michael K. McCully
Michael McCully is a career investment banker with more than 25 years
of transaction, investment, and operational experience. Mike worked
on some of the mortgage industry's earliest structured cash flow transactions
before establishing himself in corporate finance and M&A in 1992.
In the 12 years prior to forming New View Advisors, he led teams of
professionals to buy, sell, and operate portfolio companies at Lehman
Brothers. From 1999-2004 Mike was responsible for the purchase, growth,
and sale of Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation. Through acquisitions,
capital markets integration, and organic growth, he built this regional
company into the nation's largest reverse mortgage originator and servicer.
Mr. McCully received his BA in Economics from Cornell University.

Joseph J. Kelly
Joe Kelly is a veteran securitization professional, primarily in prime
mortgage assets, including reverse mortgages. Before establishing New
View Advisors, Joe managed all aspects of Lehman Brothers' prime mortgage
finance agenda, including the first U.S. reverse mortgage securitization
in 1999, and SASCO 2006-RM1, one of three securitizations nominated
for Total Securitization's North American RMBS Deal of the Year. Joe
has developed many new whole loan products and securitization structures,
and has designed a number of new reverse mortgage products for his clients.
He was the manager and senior structurer for all five jumbo reverse
mortgage securitizations. Joe is a frequent speaker at mortgage industry
events. Mr. Kelly received his BS and his MBA from the University of
Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

James R. Mahoney
Jim Mahoney is one of the nation’s leading reverse mortgage authorities and principal spokespersons responsible for developing market acceptance of reverse mortgages. Jim was a founding partner of Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation’s predecessor company in 1991, ultimately serving as Financial Freedom’s CEO from 2000-2006, and Chairman and CEO from 2005-2006. He retired as Chairman in 2008. In 2006, Jim’s final year as CEO, Financial Freedom had 1500 employees, a $13 billion servicing portfolio, and originated 49,000 loans representing $5 billion in loan proceeds, for a 55% market share. Mr. Mahoney was also a founding member and director of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA), and served as either Chairman or Co-Chairman since 1999. He currently serves as NRMLA’s Chairman Emeritus.

Al Benedetti
Al Benedetti joined New View Advisors in 2009 and has worked in the
reverse mortgage industry 20 years, most recently as CFO of Financial
Freedom Senior Funding Corporation. Al has successfully managed many
areas of the reverse mortgage business including accounting, treasury,
tax, financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, secondary
marketing and systems. From 1996-1999 Al was Controller of Transamerica
HomeFirst, Inc., where he worked on the first U.S. reverse mortgage
whole loan sale, and from 1989-1996 Accounting Manager and later Controller
of Providential Home Income Plan, Inc., helping to originate some of
the earliest private tenure reverse mortgages. Al started his career
at Ernst & Young. Mr. Benedetti is a graduate of San Francisco State
University and is a CPA in the State of California.

Mary C. Riski
Mary Riski joined New View Advisors in 2009 from MetLife Bank, NA (formerly
Everbank Reverse Mortgage LLC). Mary oversaw servicing, and was responsible
for managing origination and servicing risk for the reverse division's
capital markets group, including the first Ginnie Mae HMBS in 2007 and
subsequent HMBS program. Mary started her reverse mortgage career at
Seattle Mortgage in 2002. She was instrumental in issuing the first
HECM securitization in 2006, and in designing Seattle Mortgage's reverse
mortgage servicing rights valuation model. Previously, Mary managed
the Bank's balance sheet risk as Asset/Liability Manager. Ms. Riski
received certification as a CPA from Washington and holds a BBA in Accounting
from the University of North Dakota.
